Job Title: Payroll Processing Senior Associate

This is a challenging opportunity to play a key role in our system transformation, leading end-to-end testing activities and ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive payroll expertise, including handling weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs in complex environments.
  • They should also have strong knowledge of payroll procedures and finance processes, as well as experience in interpreting employment agreements and awards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll testing and analytical review activities to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  2. Provide expert support across payroll systems and workflows, including integration with relevant software.
  3. Ensure legislative and audit compliance, staying informed of regulatory changes.
  4. Deliver specialist payroll advice and training, supporting team development and coaching staff.
  5. Produce accurate and timely reporting, including termination and redundancy calculations.
