Employee Relations/HR Complex Case Manager
About the RoleThis position involves managing intricate workplace inquiries and cases, ensuring fairness, discretion, and alignment with organisational values.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive matters.
- Conduct evidence-based analysis and prepare clear findings and recommendations.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to draw on subject matter expertise and support effective resolution of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
- Specialised workplace investigation qualifications and at least five years' experience conducting workplace or regulatory investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to research, interpret, and apply legislation, policies, and guidance in ambiguous situations.
- Strong judgement, independence, and risk-based decision-making in handling complex cases.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
