Senior People Advisor/Employee Relations
Job Summary:The Senior People Advisor/Employee Relations will play a key role in managing sensitive employee issues, including misconduct, bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
This position requires a skilled HR professional with workplace investigation experience to conduct fair and thorough investigations, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and guide leaders through resolution processes.
The successful candidate will provide clear, concise advice and risk assessments to senior leaders across the organization.
About the Role:- Manage and conduct impartial and thorough workplace investigations into complex employee matters
- Provide clear, concise advice and risk assessments to senior leaders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or other relevant discipline
- Specialized workplace investigation qualifications
- At least 5 years' demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations or related regulatory investigations
