  • We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Queensland, Australia.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our waste drivers and operators, assisting with any issues that arise during their routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise bin delivery/collection routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Regularly analyse routes for optimisation opportunities and implement changes as needed
  • Solve urgent customer issues with a focus on finding effective solutions

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Proven experience in scheduling and dispatching teams
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong people skills, including excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A strong focus on health and safety, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
