**Centre Overview:**

We are a beautiful 65 place service catering for children 6 weeks to 5 years. We offer the Lifelong Learning Program, long standing educators and supportive management Team and Centre Support Office.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the day to day operations of the centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**Requirements:**

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children's Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
