Job Role

The Assistant Director will be responsible for working alongside the Centre Director to ensure seamless operations of the centre.

  • Support the Centre Director in leadership and team management
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the team
  • Ensure overall centre management in the Centre Director's absence
  • Implement best practices as outlined in our operational guidelines
