Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will play a key role in leading and guiding the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve quality, and enhance the overall reputation of the centre.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Director.
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms).
