Established in the National Light Commercial and Fitout sector, our company offers a challenging opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, as well as administering related documents.
  • Managing head contracts, ensuring obligations are met, and assisting with progress claims, notices, and variations.
  • Supporting Commercial and Project Managers with project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator.
  • Background in Construction, Fitout, or Light Commercial industry.
  • Proficiency in Pro-Core or similar software.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
