The backbone of our planning team, the Planning Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring operational goals are achieved through efficient support and coordination. With this key position, we drive continuity of operations, stakeholder collaboration, and client satisfaction.

  • We rely on you to manage SAP and Ariba processes, guaranteeing seamless transitions and meeting deadlines.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders and planning teams to align operational objectives, foster strong relationships, and deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will maintain open communication with clients to ensure safe, efficient, and transparent work execution.
  • You are responsible for supporting monthly reporting and data submissions, upholding accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Your task involves coordinating subcontractor activities and overseeing permit applications across relevant authorities, driving efficiency and compliance.
  • You will maintain our planning registers and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.

This role demands proficiency in SAP, Ariba, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience with reporting tools and systems like Power BI, VisRes, MS Project, and SHEQ systems.

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
