Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to oversee daily warehouse operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a safe working environment by performing regular equipment maintenance and adhering to organizational standards
  • Providing quality service by receiving, verifying, storing, packing, and unpacking inventory and non-inventory goods
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving goods within the warehouse and throughout the building as required
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciling with physical stock levels
  • Utilizing ERP systems for receipting and shipping
  • Preparing packaging documentation for delivery or pickup
  • Liaising with relevant parties to optimize process flows related to inventory and non-inventory transactions

You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. If you have a strong attention to detail, can work independently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Previous experience in a similar warehousing role with shipping and receiving knowledge and responsibilities
  • Current forklift license or other required certifications
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Knowledge of import and export requirements
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
  • Basic computer skills
