Job Summary:

A seasoned payroll professional is sought to drive multi-country payroll services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global payroll platforms, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Process Management: Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Global Payroll Platform Implementation: Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
  • Data Validation: Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Candidate Guidance: Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project Management: Lead and track project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams.
  • Service Line Collaboration: Collaborate with service lines such as tax and mobility to streamline client services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
  • Payroll Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
