    About Our Client

    Our client is a large organisation within the mining sector, and are based in Perth CBD. Recognised as an industry leader, the company owns and operates its own mines.

    Job Description
    • Oversee and manage payroll operations for the organisation.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of payroll transactions.
    • Regularly liaise with internal departments and external entities.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and organisational policies.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation and industry awards.
    • Considerable experience with Australian payroll and payroll tax.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Senior Payroll Officer Should Have
    • A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role within the mining industry is preferred.
    • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Pronto is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
