Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team. This role will support the development and implementation of reliability strategies across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SAP-PM and CMMS systems is highly desirable.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time permanent position that can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
  • Ad hoc travel to sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Champion CSR maintenance systems, change management and OPEX reliability frameworks.
  2. Coach, audit and train maintenance teams using a mix of on-site and virtual methods.
  3. Partner with the Reliability Systems Specialist and site leaders to drive OEE and cost improvements.
  4. Review and optimize existing maintenance strategies, eliminating waste and increasing value.
  5. Provide support for major shutdown planning and execution.
  6. Enhance preventative and predictive maintenance processes using SAP-PM.
  7. Lead continuous improvement efforts across plant reliability systems.
What We're Looking For:
  • Solid experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and frontline teams.
  • Practical exposure to SAP PM, maintenance data analysis, and CMMS systems.
  • Familiarity with FMEA, reliability engineering tools and best practices.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
  • A collaborative, improvement-focused mindset.
