**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of electrical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
  • Provide technical guidance and engage with engineers and specialists to minimize downtime duration
  • Benchmark and develop equipment maintenance strategies
  • Ensure task lists and work instructions are updated and accurate
  • Assist in creating scopes for repairable components

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Significant experience working with high and low voltage systems and instrumentation
  • Excellent computing skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
