Reliability Manager Job Description

This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent asset availability and operational performance by focusing on improving equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute reliability initiatives to support operational goals
  • Manage budgets for engineering and maintenance activities
  • Identify and address recurring equipment issues through data analysis and root cause investigation
  • Lead internal teams and external contractors in maintenance and reliability work
  • Coordinate planned maintenance events and shutdowns
  • Monitor asset performance using digital tools and systems
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to enhance outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in reliability or maintenance leadership roles
  • Proven knowledge of predictive & preventive maintenance strategies (PdM & PM)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Background in complex operational environments is beneficial
  • Previous use and proficiency in CMMS software and reliability analysis tools
