About the HR Administrator Role
This is a key position in our HR team, responsible for supporting our recruitment process, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Employment Contract Preparation: Assisting in the preparation and administration of employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Supporting our onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Payroll Administration: Supporting effective payroll administration.
- Presentations and Documents: Assisting in the preparation of presentations and documents.
- HRIS System: Maintaining the HRIS system.
- HR Inbox: Monitoring and responding to queries and requests through the HR Inbox.
- Communication: Liaising with external HR Advisors.
- WHS Initiatives: Supporting WHS initiatives and return to work for injured employees.
- HR Projects: Participating in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture.
- Policy Development: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
