Job Title: Catering Services Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Catering Services Director to lead our catering operations across Tas, Vic, and NSW. This role involves providing strategic direction and support to our catering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality catering services.

The Catering Services Director will be responsible for overseeing the provision of catering services at each residential aged care facility, ensuring residents receive a variety of nutritious meals while maintaining health regulation compliancy and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and support to the catering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality catering services.
  • Oversight of catering services at each residential aged care facility, ensuring compliance with health regulations and other requirements.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of catering service delivery.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports related to catering services.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety legislation.
