Job Title: Kitchen Steward

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Steward. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and restaurant areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working in a similar Steward/Kitchen Hand position (hotel or hospitality environment preferred)
  • Take work, health and safety seriously and uphold hygienic standards and practices at all times
  • Possess passion for hospitality and a commitment to supporting our entire Culinary and Food and Beverage team
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and willing to help where and when required
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build trusted working relationships
  • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 14kgs without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
