Reporting to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager the main purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service by utilizing the Winning Working Kitchen to demonstrate the many different features of all the major kitchen appliances through hands-on cooking demonstrations.
- Activation of Winning appliances demonstration kitchens throughout ACT.
- 2-hour hands-on cooking classes that focus on a brand or technology.
- Working with National culinary manager in preparation and publishing of technology based recipes.
- Manage weekly grocery orders for cooking demonstrations and ensure orders are within budget.
- Management and support of Culinary Program and customer enquiries.
- Recipe development, testing, shooting and filming (if required).
- On-screen presenting for culinary and marketing support.
- Catering for supplier, company, private and ad hoc events.
- Demonstration of brands and appliances plus answering queries and offering advice regarding kitchen appliance operation and cooking methods.
- Barista and hosting duties.
- Staff lunches on weekends.
- Staff training and demonstrations.
- Provide great customer service to customers.
- Engage with management to help conceptualize on brand Winning's Culinary events for key events such as new store launches and flagship store events.

**Qualifications**
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Current NSW Driving license and registered vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- The ability to multitask and work/cook under pressure.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
- A passion for cooking and entertaining.
- Previous demonstrator experience is preferred.
- Professional presentation and grooming.

- Permanent full-time position.
- Tuesday - Saturday.
