About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and caring Domestic Attendant to join our team at Concierge Balwyn Retirement Living. As a key member of our community, you will provide exceptional housekeeping, laundry, and general domestic cleaning services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to residents' apartments, units, and common areas.
  • Provide thorough service to residents and fellow staff members by attending to resident requests and community emergencies.
  • Build relationships and be a friendly face to residents.
  • Assist residents and community with general ad-hoc tasks.
  • Follow all OH&S standards and report any safety & security incidents.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or laundry service roles (highly desired).
  • Current Police Check clearance (required, but we can complete for you).
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required).
