Excel in your role as a Customer Experience Expert, delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for streamlining order administration processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records within our core ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning the entire customer lifecycle, including order management, stock transfers, pricing, terms, freight, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Providing prompt and professional responses to customer queries via phone, email, and chat workflows.
- Investigating and processing returns and credits within delegated authority.
- Effectively resolving customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date customer data within our core ERP/CRM systems.
- A proactive and commercially savvy individual with experience in operational environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office to leverage customer data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and collaboration are key characteristics of this role.
