Residential Draftsperson Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Draftsperson to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the drafting process from preliminary design to construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and buildability.
  • Collaborate with estimators, schedulers, supervisors, and consultants to streamline the design-to-construction process.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings and documentation for residential projects.
  • Ammend and update plans based on client selections, variations, and regulatory feedback.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure plans are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain drawing registers and version control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building codes and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
