An inkcredible opportunity exists for experienced Draftsperson to join our growing operations team based in Osborne Park on a full time basis.  Reporting to the Drafting & Approvals Manager, this position will see you join a vibrant drafting team that's always on the same page.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in all aspects of drafting in the WA residential construction industry, strong technical knowledge and a friendly, positive, can-do attitude to contribute to the wider team.

About you:

  • ArchiCAD Experience (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the WA building industry (essential);
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Experience in checking working drawings, engineer's details and completing contract variations.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Preparing drawings and plans for design & construction of new homes using CAD technology and applications.
  • Contributing to new building and construction design solutions to deliver custom building solutions for clients.
  • Overseeing and checking the work of others in the team, providing specialist technical advice and support to other team members including undertaking reviews of design work.
  • Liaise with the various business units to ensure drawing office resources are included in relevant plans to deliver building design solutions.
