We are searching for a dedicated, energetic Senior Draftsperson with 5+ years' experience in single-storey residential construction to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

Requirements of the role:

  • 5+ years' experience in single-storey drafting within the residential building industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building and construction.
  • Thorough understanding of Local Government Planning Policies/Developer Guidelines, Building Codes of Australia, and R Codes.
  • Ability to interpret DAPs, LDPs, Structure Plans, Covenants, etc.
  • Advanced skills in ArchiCAD; previous experience with 4D Library is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
