Award-winning agency seeks a seasoned Strata Manager to oversee a boutique portfolio of 70 buildings.

With a stellar reputation in the Sydney market, we require an experienced professional to manage day-to-day operations, including:

  • Portfolio management for up to 45 schemes
  • Maintenance of effective relationships with building owners
  • Coordination and management of quotes and repairs
  • Annual audits, insurances, and regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 1 year's experience in strata management (open to Assistant Managers looking to step up)
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Strata Act
  • Current Strata Certificate or License
  • Valid driver's license

We utilize the StrataMaster system.
