Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and processing warranty claims for all products in Australia.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will work closely with our service teams and global factories to deliver exceptional service and support to valued customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with warranty terms and conditions, minimizing the impact on customers and business while driving factory recoveries.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with professionals to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process warranty claims for all products in Australia
- Work closely with service teams and global factories to deliver exceptional service and support
- Ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions
- Minimize the impact on customers and business while driving factory recoveries

- Computer savvy (Office, SAP, and Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills)
