Work Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver and support our Work Health and Safety system. This role involves providing expertise, guidance, support, and education to staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and regulations.
- Identify strategies to improve safety and mitigate claims.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop policy and programs.
- Support the recording and reporting process for workplace incidents.
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience in a senior WHS role.
- SafeWork NSW Return to Work Coordinator accreditation.
- Expert knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.
