Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate site support functions including Quality, Technical, Planning, and Commercial.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development of comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules for both tender submissions and execution phases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and availability of all project-related data during execution.
  • Compile and present planning, scheduling, and cost control documentation.
  • Support the preparation and submission of commercial deliverables, including reports, delay notices, and extension of time claims.
  • Participate in client and contractor meetings, providing solutions to project management challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated site-based experience within the resources sector.
  • Proven ability to manage core elements of major project delivery.
  • Engineering or trade qualifications preferred.
  • Experience with heavy mechanical or mobile plant equipment advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and instructions for clients and internal stakeholders.
