About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Program Manager to join our Innovation & Digital Solutions group at Allens. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation strategy and leading complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage programs and projects to drive business transformation and digital innovation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of learning and capability uplift programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management and project management within the context of legal or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex transformation projects and change initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of project management methods and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management processes and principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Experience mentoring team members and coaching project teams.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
