About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Program Manager to join our Innovation & Digital Solutions group at Allens. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation program and leading projects that support our innovation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programs and projects to drive digital transformation and innovation across the organization.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Oversee the design and delivery of learning and capability uplift programs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in change management, project management, and digital transformation. You will be an excellent communicator and leader, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
