About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Program Manager to join our Innovation & Digital Solutions group at Allens. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation strategy and leading complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage programs and projects to drive business transformation and digital innovation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of learning and capability uplift programs.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in change management, project management, and digital transformation. You will also need to have excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
