Job Description

Infosys Consulting is the global management and IT consultancy unit of the Infosys Group, a global advisor to leading companies for strategy, process engineering, and technology-enabled transformation programs.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to join our team in Singapore & Australia. As a Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex digital transformation programs, working closely with clients to design and implement customized solutions to address their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of digital transformation programs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management or technical delivery management roles
  • Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
  • Ability to influence strategies and allocation of funding
  • Ability to decompose complex processes into straightforward solutions

Desirable:

  • Experience in implementing and scaling global digital solutions
  • Experience in working with multi-shore teams
  • Project management certifications
