About The Role:The Clinical Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering meaningful partnerships between consumers, healthcare staff and communities to design patient-centric services. By promoting opportunities for consumer input and consultation, this specialist supports the development of high-quality care that prioritizes patient outcomes and hospital accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:- Elevate consumers as key partners in service development and improvement by facilitating their involvement in decision-making processes.
- Work collaboratively with patients and consumers to deliver person-centered care, focusing on building strong relationships to achieve optimal health results.

Eligibility Criteria:- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field, community development or previous experience in clinical engagement and/or similar fields.
