Job Title: Data Integrity Champion

This role requires a dedicated professional to champion data integrity across the Patient Administration System (PAS) database shared by Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health Districts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the charge in identifying, resolving, and preventing duplicate patient and client registrations across facilities.
  • Guide staff on best practices for registration and record merging.
  • Form the foundation of critical digital health infrastructure, including electronic health care records, State Enterprise Registry, Single Digital Patient Record, NSW Healthe Net Portal, and National My Health Record.
Requirements:
  • Sound understanding of patient/client records and accurate client registration requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in using databases and software.
  • Ability to work with patient/client registration systems and analyze patient data.
  • Sound written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
