Pool Lifeguard Position

We are seeking a qualified Pool Lifeguard to join our team on a casual basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of members and guests using our aquatic facilities.

The successful candidate will be required to perform a range of duties associated with the usage and maintenance of aquatic facilities to ensure the safety and orderly behaviour of patrons and the clean, hygienic, and safe condition of all facilities. These may include basic administrative tasks when there are no patrons in the pool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee the safety and supervision of members and guests utilizing our aquatic facilities
  • Perform various duties connected to the utilization and upkeep of aquatic facilities
  • Manage the cleanliness and hygiene of all facilities
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To Be Successful:

  • Nationally recognized Lifeguard Qualification
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Pool Operations Certificate
  • Strong focus on safety and customer service
