Pool Lifeguard Job at Aquatic Centre

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our lifeguarding team at a state-of-the-art aquatic facility.

The role involves daily pool operations and ensuring a safe environment for patrons. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of water safety, customer service, and communication with a diverse range of people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the pool area is safe and secure for all patrons
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and near misses
Skills & Attributes Required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety principles
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Previous experience is not essential but highly regarded
  • Current First Aid (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (Employee Status)
  • National Police Check
