Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project documentation, leveraging expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Project manage and/or coordinate project leaders to ensure projects meet specifications and utilize best practice methodologies.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholder groups, including project governance boards, business units, IT, and policy branches.
  • Liaise with the training and change function of the Branch to implement effective change management strategies.
  • Assist the Manager (Business Improvement) with supervisory activities for the Business Improvement team.
