Product Planning Coordinator

This role requires a professional with excellent product coordination skills to ensure timely and accurate product information, pricing, and order placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams & systems to ensure timely and accurate product information, pricing, and order placement.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of the merchandising function.
  • Support the Merchandising Team in range planning, segmentation, and line architecture development.
  • Coordinate order placement processes to meet deadlines and delivery timelines.
  • Enter and maintain accurate product, pricing, and order data in internal merchandising systems, ensuring data integrity across product catalogues, order forms, and reporting tools.
  • Support the GTM process through preparation of seasonal range presentations, reporting, and sales tools for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in merchandise planning or category management within a branded channel.
  • Knowledge and experience with merchandising systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities along with PowerPoint experience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners in all aspects of the business.
