- Monday to Friday, no weekends or public holidays

Based at our Kingston office, the Transport Coordinator is responsible for arranging the safest, most cost-effective and efficient transport of equipment for the Coates Business. This can be for interstate, intrastate or customer requirements.
- Source transport services for delivery and pickup of equipment for Coates branches.
- Schedule daily deliveries in Coates’ transport management software using both Coates’ drivers and contractor drivers
- Liaise with Fleet and Operations departments to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Ensure Purchase orders are raised and completed within the given month.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous transport/fleet/logistics experience
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
- Good computer skills
