- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday - flexible rotating roster - 7.00am - 3.30pm; 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Competitive base salary

As the first point of contact for customers at our **Kingston**branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

**You’ll enjoy variety in your role including**:

- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns, portable toilet pump runs
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
- Liaising with suppliers to support our customers

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
