Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Engaging in cold calling and social media outreach to generate new business leads
- Effectively communicating the value and benefits of the work, health and safety and occupational health products to clients
- Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional sales service
- Identifying and engaging with potential clients in high-risk industries such as engineering and manufacturing
- Utilising CRM software to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Staying up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans
The Successful Candidate
The Enterprise Sales Representative should possess:
- A demonstrated understanding of WHS, workers compensation, occupational health or injury prevention principles
- Prior experience in cold calling and social media outreach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- A drive for results and leadership skills
- High resilience and a positive attitude

- A competitive salary package of AUD $80,000 base with an OTE package of $120,000 including commissions
