Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in cold calling and social media outreach to generate new business leads
  • Effectively communicating the value and benefits of the work, health and safety and occupational health products to clients
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional sales service
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients in high-risk industries such as engineering and manufacturing
  • Utilising CRM software to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans

The Successful Candidate

The Enterprise Sales Representative should possess:

  • A demonstrated understanding of WHS, workers compensation, occupational health or injury prevention principles
  • Prior experience in cold calling and social media outreach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • A drive for results and leadership skills
  • High resilience and a positive attitude
