Job Description

We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Lead to develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for explosive growth in the fintech industry.

This newly created role involves driving high-impact marketing campaigns, working closely with a team of marketers, analysts, and creative partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's acquisition strategy and drive a 50% uplift in weekly acquisitions over the next 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing multi-channel performance campaigns, including Meta, Google, and TikTok. A strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and predictive modelling is essential. Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and internal stakeholders is also highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, including programmatic, affiliates, and referral partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Work with partnerships teams to deliver co-marketing initiatives with major brands and rewards partners.
  • Drive data-led decision-making with a focus on CAC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Partner with data science teams to improve dashboards, attribution models, and predictive bidding.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation for campaign optimisation and creative testing.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 7+ years in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Expertise in managing multi-channel performance campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and predictive modelling.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with creative, partnerships, and product teams.
  • Previous experience in fintech, rewards, B2B, or startup environments highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven optimisation and marketing automation preferred.
