Equipment Service Specialist

We are seeking expressions of interest for skilled Service Technicians to work on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, while providing superior customer service to a diverse range of clients.

  • Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on equipment at customer sites or breakdown locations as directed.
  • Carry out routine repairs and maintenance on other affiliated products as required.
  • Complete all associated service paperwork accurately and within established guidelines.
  • Liaise with customers and develop service relationships to encourage repeat business opportunities.
  • Manage the quote process and communicate progress of service jobs to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience in mechanical fundamentals.
  • A visible commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and take direction.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
