Job Title: Equipment Support Specialist

Konica Minolta is a leading provider of innovative printing solutions. Our customers rely on us to deliver high-quality equipment and expert support. We are seeking a skilled Equipment Support Specialist to join our team in Perth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of colour and black-and-white print production equipment. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning at optimal levels.

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. If you have experience working with printing equipment and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair print production equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning at optimal levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of printing equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to provide exceptional service
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience working with printing equipment
  • Strong fault-finding skills and technical aptitude
  • Ability to obtain AGSVA clearance (existing clearance preferred)
  • Current Australian working rights (visa sponsorship not available)
