Effective Human Resources and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our human resources and quality assurance functions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the human resources and quality assurance departments within our organisation. This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality community services through effective people management, continuous improvement, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain a fair and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and respect
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and Quality management including employee lifecycle processes
- Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management preferably within a community sector setting
