Human Resources and Quality Operations Director

The Manager of Human Resources and Quality plays a pivotal role in leading the human resources and quality assurance functions within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage human resources and quality assurance operations to deliver high-quality community services.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve strategies for effective people management, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve organisational objectives and goals.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and Quality management including employee lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience in risk management, safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards preferably within a community sector setting.
- Experience in quality assurance systems, policy development, audits, and continuous improvement frameworks.
