Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead and optimize wind resourcing projects. The ideal candidate will focus on Met Mast operations, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and innovation.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record of managing complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and technical operations. Experience in construction and Met Mast operations is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end technical operations for wind resourcing projects, emphasizing Met Mast operations, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and project timelines.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance skill levels and performance.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to align technical operations with project requirements.
  • Develop and enforce strict quality assurance protocols, maintain and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Create detailed technical plans, schedules, and budgets for wind resourcing operations, oversee procurement, and monitor project progress.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in wind resourcing and renewable energy, propose and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, successfully managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor level in Engineering/Project Management or similar.
  • Strong experience with Met Mast operations, construction, and leadership skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge of wind resourcing structures, systems, and equipment.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
