Job Vacancy – Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist leads and manages human resources and quality assurance functions within an organisation. This role contributes to high-quality community services through effective people management, continuous improvement, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing quality strategies and policies
  • Conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and Quality management including employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding)
  • Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management preferably within a community sector setting
  • Experience in quality assurance systems, including policy development, audits, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Exposure to external audit processes (e.g., accreditation, regulatory compliance).
