We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Professional to support the rehabilitation of Australian Defence Personnel who experience work incapacity due to suffering injury or trauma.

About the Role

This is a key position in our multidisciplinary team, where you will collaborate with internal Rehabilitation Case Managers, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, and employers to influence and guide your clients to achieve their goals.

  • Complete comprehensive functional capacity evaluations
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to enable successful recovery at work
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
