We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Instructor.

Job Description:

This role involves delivering and coordinating training on behalf of 35SQN. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing and assessing theory and practical courses detailed in the C-27J TLS Training Program, as well as delivering contracted C-27J and S&TE training courses.

The position requires collaboration with operational maintenance personnel, NGA maintenance and engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate training records are maintained. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating Training Materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver theory and practical courses to schedule and customer specifications
  • Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship is required due to Defence security clearance requirements
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) may apply, affecting nationality suitability
  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, police checks, and employment screening verification are mandatory
